Our Core Programs

Three mission-driven pillars guide all of our work — from the ground up to systemic change.

⚖️

Labor Rights Advocacy

We defend workers against wage theft, unsafe conditions, and unlawful termination. Our advocates help workers understand their legal rights and navigate disputes with employers and government agencies.

📚

Training & Leadership Development

We provide hands-on training workshops covering labor law basics, workplace safety standards, union organizing, and leadership skills — equipping workers to advocate for themselves and their communities.

📢

Research & Public Awareness

We conduct research on labor conditions and wage equity, and run public awareness campaigns that educate the broader community about social justice issues affecting working people.

Making a Measurable Difference

Every dollar and volunteer hour goes toward programs that create lasting change in workers' lives and communities.
